Where is the best place to buy wholesale food?

Where can I get the best value on bulk foods? Specifically as a "survival" food. I’m talking a year supply for one adult or more between 500 to 4000$. The way the economy is going, I wouldn’t be surprised if the dollar completely collapses . Better safe than sorry as we enter into this depression.

I have a year supply of food..no kidding..the way the economy is doing we are going to end up eating the cat or so.
I bought all my food in a place located in utah www.beprepared.com they have everything you need to food storage, I thing the mormons have a culture of food storage and they have everything set up for this..dry milk, whole grains, already prepared food and water supply…their prices are the best because everything they sale is oriented to last for years in storage. Costco is good, Sams, etc…the thing with them is to check out the due dates of the products .
